Pole fitness is a great way to build on strength, improve fitness and give yourself a confidence boost. Our classes are designed to suit every individual in terms of fitness levels and ability. Beginners are always welcome and classes are a great way to get fit while having fun and doing something different.
What to expect from a typical pole fitness class:
You will take part in a group warm up; doing exercises that will mobilize your body, increase your heart rate and get your ready to use the pole.
Once you are warmed up, you will do some conditioning exercises to help you build strength and learn techniques that will help with moves/sequences/steps on and around the pole.
The main (fun) part! You will be taught spins, ticks and skills suitable to your ability; gradually progressing at your own rate each week.
The cool down. Finishing of with some stretches that will help loosen off the muscles.
What to wear: shorts and vest/t-shirt are best as you will need bare skin for grip the pole. But feel free to wear loose bottoms for your first few weeks if you are not quite confident enough to get the legs out yet.

Aerial hoop is a metal ring suspended from the ceiling. It is a great way to:
- Increase Strength & Muscle tone
- Improve co-ordination, agility, flexibility and confidence
Classes are suitable for all levels. Learn tricks, skills,combinations and routines.
What to wear: long layers such as leggings and footless tights are best, a fitted t-shirt (long sleeves may be preferable forsome moves).

Offering a high-intensity, low impact training program, using mini trampolines, BounceFit will improve your cardio fitness, strengthen the core and firm and tone your muscles. Also, ITS GREAT FUN.
Stretching will help improve flexibilty and benefit your progression in pole tricks.
There are many benefits to stretching and learning to do it properly is key. Stretching can help to reduce muscle tension, increase range of movement in the joints, enhance muscular coordination, increase circulation of the blood to various parts of the body, increase energy levels as well as improving posture by lengthening muscles.
Burlesque dancing is a form of theatrical performance. Learning walks, poses and 'the art of tease'.
Classes are fun and relaxed, you'll learn some new skills and work out without even knowing it!
This is a training slot which allows students to work individual only routines/moves/fitness. There will be a teacher present to offer advice and spotting but the session is individual-led. It's great for getting that little bit of extra practice and a chance to work on what you have learned in class.

(High Intensity Interval Training)

This short 30 minute class can help you lose abdominal fat and weight as it burns more calories than a traditional workout. Adaption are made to make sure the class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are just starting your fitness journey, using it as cross training for another sport or just looking for a new challenge.
